I live among the cattails
The gators and the fish
My home is in the wetlands
Saving them is my wish.

I long to hear the croaking frogs
To see the eagles soar
I want to eat the seafood
From the wetlands' shores.

I am but one little person
Small, but mighty and sprite
I'll work to protect my wetlands
And my future will be bright.
